This letter is to thank your for your tremendous help in our relocation to South Carolina. You helped us with all the necessities of finding and securing our new home and we are grateful to you for that!
When we tell others our experience with a Buyers Only Agent, we mention the many things you did for us: you worked with us via email and on the phone prior to our first trip to Myrtle Beach. During those interactions, you helped us determine our general house and neighborhood requirements. Then you began to search for home and emailed us lists of ones that met our criteria so we could look at them on the Internet before we got here to see them. When we got to town, you met with us early and spent all day with us looking at some of the houses we’d selected and helped us to become familiar with various areas in the community, in general. You were able to get keys to places that we had not anticipated seeing when we drove past them and wanted to take a look. That required a great deal of extra work on your part but you did it without hesitation.
We were able to see homes listed by any real estate agency and homes for sale by owner. In essence, you were our key to any property we wanted to see! That was so great. Throughout our searching, you withheld any personal opinions about the homes we were viewing and your never once “pressured” us about anything. It was as though you were a friend who lives in town who was just driving us around to look at homes. That helped us to relax and concentrate on what we needed to do.
When we found the house we wanted and decided on a bid price, you took the reins from there-calling the realtor, negotiating the purchasing price for us, and the contract and contingencies. Later in the process, you helped us to employ a house inspector, a pest inspector, and an attorney. You personally walked with the inspectors when any inspections or re-inspections were done and you called us on the phone with a full report on the same day as the inspections were completed. Is essence, you were there with us through every house-buying phase until the day we walked through the door with out set of keys!
