The majority of Garden City’s vacationers stay in beach houses, with condos coming in a close second. With access to the ocean and inlet, Garden City is a hot spot for fishing, crabbing, and other water sports. The community has a fishing pier, marina, amusements, restaurants, and other businesses.
Some of the most common area attractions in Garden City are “Sam’s Corner” which is across the street from the “Garden City Pier”. Near the Garden City Point is “Marlin Quay Marina” and the "Village Surf Shop”. Closer to the restaurants and away from the sandy beaches, you can also do some shopping or watch a movie at “Inlet Square Mall”.
